Sapience Engineering was established in 2006 by Mr. Sami AlTerzi and his local Partner H.E. Mr. Saeed Bin Brook in U.A.E., as Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Contracting Company.

In 2008, Sapience Engineering has started its own General Contracting to provide integrated General and Electromechanical contracting services.  In 2011, Sapience Engineering expanded its operation in Middle East to Doha, Qatar, and to East Europe to Yerevan, Armenia.
